Description

Ready mixed high temperature adhesive for use with insulation boards, vermiculite boards, high temperature plasterboards and construction boards. Primarily for the joints between boards. The material can be used to fix boards to brickwork, block work etc as long as the wall is flat and the gap does not exceed 5mm otherwise Vitcas HB60 can be used.


Application:

Mix the product thoroughly in the tub first. Surfaces to be joined must be clean, dry and free of dust.
The faces of construction board should be wetted before application.
The material should be applied onto the surface of the boards or the edge of the boards with a 6mm tile comb to give a 3mm bed.
The product is air setting and the setting time is affected by the bed thickness and the ambient temperature. When the material is dry it can be sanded if required.
