The filter has been designed to fit between the fuel tank and the fuel pump. It has been proven that fitting this fuel filter unit to the fuel line can increase service periods for the heater and reduce issues associated with poor fuel quality.
Designed by the manufacture F.A.G. from aluminium to EN AB 46199. Inside the housing is a washable stainless steel mesh filter cartridge with a filtration grade of 100 µm - 44 µm. There is a stop tap on top of the filter which makes it easier to drain and remove the filter bowl.
This filter conforms to the Boat Safety Scheme recommendations.
